Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours cancellation is required to avoid a late cancellation fee. Please cancel by email or text at 925-628-4234. What is considered a No Show: If the therapist does not receive notice after 15 minutes of your scheduled session, we will consider it a no-show and your therapist may leave the office / virtual office. If running late for session, please feel free to email or text at 925-628-4234.
