Throughout life, everyone experiences periods of stress, grief & sadness, go through breakups, endure family & parental stress, or struggle with pressures at work. Sometimes we may need extra support navigating through and adjusting to life changes. Research shows that individuals and families who participate in therapy are often able to increase understanding & effective communication while minimizing tension. In therapy we will work as a team to facilitate your treatment goals with a solution focused approach.
Mental Health is comprised of 3 important aspects of life: Emotional Well-Being, Psychological Well-Being, and Social Well-Being. When each of these counterparts are nurtured, personal growth and self-acceptance are accompanied with gaining a stronger sense of personal self-worth, life satisfaction, and increasing the ability in maintaining healthy relationships. With an individual's commitment and hard-work, fostering and developing the 3 aspects of mental health, a true sense of peacefulness and happiness can be achieved.
